Calm Dental Pte Ltd collects and handles personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our professional obligations of medical confidentiality.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, NRIC or FIN where required for subsidy claims, medical and dental history, clinical records, images, scans and radiographs, and records of payment.

Why we collect it

To provide dental treatment, to keep the clinical records we are professionally required to keep, to process Medisave, CHAS and insurance claims where applicable, to contact you about your appointments, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Appointment requests made through this website

Information you submit through the appointment request form is sent to the clinic by email and is used only to arrange your appointment. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: dental laboratories and specialists involved in your treatment, the Ministry of Health and CPF Board for subsidy and Medisave claims, your insurer where you have asked us to claim, and our IT and payment providers under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained for the minimum periods required of dental practitioners in Singapore, and longer where there is a clinical reason.

Your rights
